Brushings

Just a minute ago I gave the cats a brushing. First I brushed Meow, then I brushed Sassy. I never know how much hair Sassy has until I brush her. She must lose a couple of pounds with all the hair we get when we are done. Meow had some loose hair, but all he wanted was attention this morning. Sassy waited patiently as I got through with Meow. She was so well behaved when I began brushing her. I think that Meow was jealous. He kept coming over and biting her neck until she realized she would rather play then be pampered. I finally got her back, but it wasn't long before she decided to look for a jingle ball under the dresser. Well, time to give them a treat!

Fruity Cheerio

One day, I was watching television while snacking on a cup full of fruity cheerios. Meow always wants to eat what the people are eating so he waits patiently next to me. I figure that letting him taste one isn't bad, anyways, he usually never eats it. I put a green fruity cheerio on the floor next to him, and he sniffed it, and then layed down and ignored it. After about five minutes of watching me snack in front of him, he gives it another sniff and chews it up in his mouth. Hmm. Cereal for dinner Meow? I feel like they immatate people and try to do similar things like us. Sassy has began to sit on the arm chair with her legs out and her hands in front of her. Like Meow, she is so cute!

The Mysteries of the Toilet

When Sassy sees that the bathroom door is open, she gets very curious and wants to explore the toilet. She sticks her head in it and sometimes she even drinks from it! Just a second ago, I flushed the toilet after cleaning the litter box, and she ran in to see it flush. When I came in to wash my hands, she ran off. What a curious cutie!
