Whos red handed??!
Today, after eating out for lunch, we came home and saw a mess. Last nights pork remainder was dragged out of the garbage and eaten on the floor. Who is to blame.... Sassy? or would it be Meow? Well, we suspected Meow because Sassy doesn't go out of her way to het fresh meat. She isn't a meat hungry cat all the time, and when she does decide to take a nibble of meat, it is only a nibble. We decided to put both of them next to the pork on the floor and scold both of them because we didn't know who to blame. Still we suspected Meow, because we could tell he looked the most guilty. Sassy looked as though she didn't know what was she was getting scolded for and just ignored it as though she doesn't deserve it because it was all Meows doing. After we let them leave, Sassy went over and smelt the pork, like she never even knew it was there and then after we picked it up she walked away. Meow ran off and hid in the living room. Who do you think it was?

Meow's Eating Habits
When the food dish is empty and Meow hears the can being opened, he paces back and forth and waits. He is very greedy for food and even with a full stomach and he strives for freshly opened canned food. As the can is being opened, he gives off meows and then follows you to the food bowl until you place the dish on the ground. He hogs the dish like no other and barely allows Sassy an inch near it. She gets very intimidated by him and so when he is eating she just waits and watches in the other room and when he is finished she wanders over and finds the remainder. Only when you place her at the food dish, is when she eats when he is eating. You can see who is more aggressive.
Usually when treats are being given out, Sassy nibbles at them at them and when she finds she does not want to bother with it she leaves it and Meow steps in to scarf it down.
